Well if you were going to expect to take a walk, then what better place to walk than the scenic forest near your house? Étienne sure hoped that he would be able to enjoy it, but as he was leaving that morning, a friend decided that now would be a good time to schedule some time together to discuss things. As in, the moment he opened the door, there she was all dolled up ready for a hike to which Étienne couldn’t say no too. What could he say? She was insistent as anything when she wanted to be…perhaps cute in what she was wearing but he was allowed to think that since they were just friends! …regardless of what everyone else said about them that is. Étienne made sure to grab his simple blue coat for the weather was due to be a bit windy, but warm enough that his lightly muscled form only needed a simple combo of a brown t-shirt and blue jeans, washed as best as they could have been seeing as he was a man who didn’t really care much for looks if they were a practical thing to wear.

All in all, everything had gone well, but there was one thing that really didn’t click with this convention. Meli was sure that it wans;t anything out of the ordinary, but even so they were a little upset that despite their friend Sari dragging them here she wasn’t able to attend at the eleventh hour. From what Meli gathered, there was some ‘medical emergency’ that meant she had to stay in her hotel room. Though the irony of their friend who was going to cosplay as the Medic from Team Fortress 2 having to not go around the convention with them due to some medical emergency wasn’t lost on them. Still. That did kind of suck. Hopefully Sari would be better in no time so they could at least go out for something nice to eat. The sun had just started to set but it was still a bit early for a meal; if Sari wasn’t able to come out of her room then they would at least bring something in and just leave it for her. Yeah. That sounded like a plan. But a plan that was going to happen in a bit.

Things were really going to shit and Simon Henriksson knew that well. The young male huffed softly as he darted out of the alleyway he had taken refuge in to find another place he could hide out from those…things. What were they exactly? Like fuck if he knew; Simon just knew that he didn’t want to be near them, especially since he had dropped his switchblade along the way. They were dangerous and he had no way of defending himself. Eerily so actually, the kind that made him shudder as he hid himself in his grey hoodie. The young man’s features were mostly hidden by his simple clothing, even though the peak of some black hair poked out from the hood, all you could really see was his exhausted looking face. The thin, underfed looking build he had darted down another alleyway, finding some solace in the fact that it was a dead end. Dead ends were…somewhat beneficial to him;

Now, if in a hotel you were told that your room was called ‘Scarlet’ then perhaps most people would have raised a brow. Ender did. Oh man she did. The connotations that it brought up did give her pause as to whether this resort was actually the sort of thing that she wanted to be a part of. Sure, Akatsuki is good. But…this wasn’t an Akatsuki love hotel was it? If it was then god she really shouldn’t have picked out the sort of ninja-esque outfit (with a pink scarf for good measure) that she liked to wear because that was making the whole thing a little more awkward. Tired. That’s how Trinity was feeling as he stared at the door to his hotel room. His body was aching, his mind was fuzzy from the delays with his flight and now he was here he only had two things on his mind. Well, three if you count sleeping (and of course the first being trying to locate his fiance in this complex since they were not assigned the same room which was annoying). The male yawned deeply as he stared at the ring on his left ring finger, gently pushing it into the recess on the door yet hearing it click softly. “Eh, it works at least.” he mumbled to himself, tugging his luggage with him as his black trainers stepped over the threshold and into his room for the few days he would be here. Well, he probably would have to find where Matt was and sneak into his room so they could actually be a couple and share the same bed. Trinity gave a soft, fatigued smile at that thought. It was honestly the long walk up from the road to the entrance that really pulled Matt into the moment. From the soft crunch of leaves being trodden on underfoot to the gentle rattle of his luggage as he tugged it with him, the Brit really did feel that this was something that he was going to enjoy. The swaying of the soft wisteria trees that lined the path made this whole thing feel ethereal actually. Well, in a sort of ‘they really went all out to make sure that this Naruto themed ‘resort’ was going to pull you into the mood of things’ way. Even though he was just sort of guessing at that since despite the fact he really adores the character designs he never really sat down and watched an episode outside of the Abridged series or clips here and there. But a free stay in a new resort was still a free stay, so imagine his delight when he saw that he had won their little lottery and he was among the first to be able to stay at their latest and newest addition to their complex.
